THE TIME IS NOW.

Are you ANGRY? at what is going on in the world, what is happening to women, what has been happening to women for centuries?

Are you grieving? Grieving parts of yourself, grieving lovers, babies, animals, the planet??

Are you always trying to be ‘the good girl’, ‘the good wife’, ‘the good mother’, when inside you just want to scream and shout and not be looked upon like you are ‘crazy’?

Are you wanting more? More from your relationship, more from sex, more from YOUR LIFE?

Do you feel there is something inside of you that you have been suppressing and do not have the space, or the alone time, or the privacy to HOWL, SCREAM, CRY, MOVE IT???

I guarantee this speaks to so many women, including myself, and that is why I have brought my practices together to create a space where these wild parts of ourselves are given freedom, where women recognise the wildness in each other and know that they are not alone. A space where you can be witnessed in your entirety and not feel judged.

IN THIS SPACE EVERYTHING IS WELCOME, AND ENCOURAGED.

The evening shall include:

Herbal meetings with Tea / Somatics & Movement / Voice Activation / Breathwork / Deep Integration and Return To The Heart.
