Plant circle with Nettle

Plant Circle with Nettle

Join me at Soul Sweats as we explore the fantastic plant that is Nettle.

These Plant Circles will be less about ‘what does this plant do?’ and more about ‘what is this plant showing me?’, through this work we are learning not from books but from the plants themselves.

Everyone will experience something slightly different, sometimes a gentle thread weaves through it all…everything is welcome, nothing is ignored.

Through truly meeting a plant, we open a doorway into connection and healing that moves beyond the surface.
Plants have a way of gently revealing what is hidden, softening the layers we’ve built over time. This is the space of ancestral remembering, where the body recognises something ancient and true.

We begin by setting an intention, like placing a seed into the soil of our awareness.
Through mindful tea tasting, we slow down and listen with our whole being. From here, we drop into somatic enquiry.
We notice…where does this plant land within the body? What does it stir, awaken, or soothe? Then as we breathe we deepen into relationship, allowing the plant to meet us as much as we meet it. Through conscious connected breathwork and gentle breath holds.

We let the plant lead.

If you have a call toward nettle, or working with the plants in a deeper way, this is for you. If you are intrigued about healing with plants, this is for you. If you feel a resistance towards nettle or this work, this is definitely for you.

Join me at the geodome in Soul Sweats at the Eco Park Porthtowan for this exploration.
