A powerful breathwork ceremony that blends conscious breath, music, and the first four chakras to awaken the wisdom already living within you. Through an intentional circular breath, we open the doorway to the subconscious and the deeper layers of the soul, moving through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

This is not a passive meditation. It is an active, embodied transformation.

As the breath deepens, it naturally shifts brainwave states, allowing visionary experiences, emotional release, and profound intuitive insight to emerge. Many people journey through memories, symbolic imagery, ancestral patterns, or past hurts that are ready to be cleared. Others find bliss, clarity, creativity, or a renewed sense of purpose. Shamanic Breathwork is held in ceremony, with music carefully chosen to guide the process through the elements of death, rebirth, and transformation. As your facilitator, I offer a safe, grounded container, weaving in energy work, somatic support, and deep presence to help you move what is ready to move, and anchor what is ready to land.
