As the sun reaches its peak in the sky, we gather in sacred circle to honour the turning of the Wheel—
a time of full bloom, radiance, and expansion. A time to remember the light we carry within.

Join us for a heart-woven evening of gentle movement, breath, herbal ritual, and healing sauna in celebration of the Summer Solstice.

We’ll begin in the warmth of the dome with soft, spiral movement to awaken the body, breath practices to centre the spirit, and a guided inner journey to kindle your inner sun. With the golden medicine of St John’s Wort and the soothing balm of Lemon Balm, we’ll sip, set intentions, and bloom together in sacred presence.

Then, we step into the herbal sauna, where steam infused with wild St John’s Wort, Lemon Balm, and Rose wraps around us—cleansing, clearing, softening. In the heat, we release old skins and welcome new light.

To close, we return to the dome for stillness, anointing ourselves with a sacred solar-infused oil, and sealing in our intentions beneath the Solstice sky.
